AFTER ACCEPTANCE

Access to the Health Forms, Housing Application and MyAllen portal are now available.  We strongly encourage you to begin completing all required steps as early as possible to ensure timely submission. Please follow the directions provided below. 

  1. Enrollment Confirmation Form and Fee 

Deadline - December 20 (Spring) and May 1 (Early Notification and Regular Decision)

  • The enrollment confirmation form and non-refundable room deposit are both required to guarantee your spot in the class. The form is located on your MyAllen portal.

  1. Health Form

Deadline - July 15th 

  • Completion of the health forms is a required and important step in the enrollment process.

  • Students are not allowed to move into a residence hall, participate in orientation or register for classes without a completed health record on file.

  1. Housing Application

Deadline - July 15th 

  • While we will make every effort to assign students to their first choice, your best opportunity to receive your first preference is to ensure that your room deposit (due May 1), health forms (due July 15th) and housing application are submitted no later than July 15th.

  1. MyAllen Portal

The MyAllen is your access to Allen University and serves as your online gateway to student academic information, student account information, and resources as an Allen University student.
