The Mentoring, Advisement, Counseling, and Success (MACS) Program is a pathway to academic success. This pathway is based on a conceptual academic family model which divides Allen University into five academic families: Gibbs, Chappelle, Coppin I, Coppin II, and CPA. MACS sponsors multiple programs that help students in each family achieve success in their various academic major aras and coordinates initiatives that enhance student learning, enrollment, retention, and graduation through collaborative efforts with all members of the academic community. MACS also sponsors a number of other programs that help students to bridge their academic gaps and successfully complete their major programs at Allen University. MACS Programs include: Mentoring, Advisement, Counseling, Orientation, Living and Learning Community, Student Success, and Help Desk. For detailed information on any of these programs, please visit the program website by clicking the appropriate link. You may also phone or e-mail the MACS office
