ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION

Students are able to register for online courses any time prior to the block course start date, up until the specified last date of registration at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).

To review course descriptions, register for available courses (refer to the online registration process below), and log into the courseroom through Educo online, please click onto the links listed on the left of this webpage. Allen University Online Education Program is in the process of increasing the number of available courses offered.

Online Registration Process

Step 1. IQWeb Username and Password: The IQWEB Username and Password will enable you to register for required course(s). Prior to receiving your IQWEB Username and Password, you must complete and submit the electronic confirmation of enrollment document. If you have not already confirmed your enrollment, please click on the following URL: http://www.allenuniversityonline.com/AUONline/EnrollConfirm.aspx. If you have not received your IQWEB Username and Password within 24 hours of completing and submitting the electronic "confirmation of enrollment" document, please contact Technical Support via email by clicking on the following URL: http://www.allenuniversityonline.com/AUONline/HelpDesk.aspx.

Step 2. Advisement: Please retrieve your Program of Study (Program of Study URL). Then contact your Program of study Advisor via email to discuss course scheduling by clicking on the appropriate URL below.

Step 3a. Continuous Registration: Students are able to register for online courses any time prior to the block course start date, up until the specified last date of registration at 5pm.

Step 3b. EDUCO Login Username and Password: After registering for your course(s) an EDUCO Username and Password will be provided to you via email within 24 hours.

Step 4a. Courseroom Access: Once you receive your EDUCO Login Username and Password, you may login to the courseroom.

Step 4b. Financial Aid: To complete registration, payment must be arranged through the Allen University Business Office. You have until 5pm (Eastern Standard Time) on the specified add/drop date to clear all financial matters. If financial matters are not cleared by 5pm (Eastern Standard Time) on the last day to add/drop, you will be automatically removed from the course without penalty.
