The College for Professional Adults makes it easier to take the next step in your work or spiritual life. We offer a road base of knowledge in a variety of subjects. Want to learn about things that have always seemed interesting to you? Want to add to your career resume? From writing to natural sciences, you can learn about the basics - and select from one of two degree programs.

Two of the divisions that help to meet your learning needs are the Online Bachelor's Degree Program, and the School for Professional Adults.

The Religion Degree HIGHER EDUCATION, HIGHER POWER

This area of study is ideal for someone who wants to learn more about God's work in the world, whether you are a church elder, staff member, a Sunday school teacher or a pastor. We offer a diverse list of core courses that include Biblical and library research, and understanding world religions, sermon preparation and deliver, creative styles of worship, and the history of the black church in America.

You will select a concentration in one of the following:

• Christian Education
• Community Development
• Church Administration
• Organizational Management

The Business Administration Degree TAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE TO ANOTHER LEVEL

This is a perfect area of study for someone who wants to apply business principles to their existing knowledge and experience. This can allow you ot move up in your career or go in a new and exciting direction. You'll take courses in business law, accounting, and realy estate. You'll also keep up with current trends with e-business and marketing classes.

We offer concentrations in:

• Organizational Management
• Banking and Finance

Two of the divisions that help to meet your learning needs are the Online Bachelor's Degree Program, and the School for Professional Adults.

The Online Bachelor's Degree Program is for disciplined working adults who want an accelerated track to earning their degree. All classwork is completed online from home, or anywhere in the world where students have Internet access, so they never need to relocate, leave their jobs or reschedule work for traditional class times. Dedicated instructors are available throughout the week and weekend for academic support with assignments.

College for Professional Adults Program (CPA): Allen University is excited to offer higher education to adults through our College for Professional Adults Program (CPA Program). Through this program, students can pursue degrees in Business Administration and/or Religion through accelerated, flexible block scheduling that offers academic excellence in a traditional on-campus settings. Business Administration majors can specialize in Banking and Finance as well as in Organizational Management. The Religion degree program offers concentrations in Church Administration, Community Development, Christian Education, and Organizational Management.

Courses for the CPA Program are offered in three convenient formats:

1) Weekday Evenings (Monday thru Friday)
2) Weekends (Saturday), and
3) Online (up to 49% of required courses)

• 24 years or older (waived if Active Duty Military)
• Previous college/university course work (preferred, but not required)
• Work or professional experience (required)

Through our Online Bachelor's Degree Program and the School for Professional Adults, Allen can help you earn an accredited degree in an accelerated way, and positions you with training for better leadership on the job and in your communities.
