The Office of Academic Support and Retention (ASR) was established to further enhance student success and to create a climate that promotes academic achievement. Our staff coordinates a broad range of programs and services for students. Within the Office of Academic Support and Retention (ASR), the Retention Coordinator lead a team of professionals responsible for a wide variety of academic support services for all undergraduate students particularly freshman. We work to assure that student needs are met and all students are successful.

Mission of the Office of Academic Support and Retention
The mission of the Office of Academic Support and Retention (ASR) is to provide undergraduate students with leadership, advocacy, guidance, out-of-class support and personalized assistance to ensure that they receive the most out of their college experience. In addition, the ASR exposes students to social, academic and helpful resources. It is expected that through ASR’s assistance, services and activities that students will be retained at Allen University.
